La Nueva Opera Bar ( Visit Site )
Apparently well known Mexican revolutionary Pancho Villa used to hang out at this classical Mexican restaurant-bar and they even claim that he shot a bullet through the ceiling!..too much tequila? There is indeed still a bullet hole to this day as proof of this story. Dark, wood tables and big furniture are the order of the day as well as a wide drink selection, a fantastically authentic menu and even a mariachi band; keep this as one of the city’s favourites.
